The festival’s terms of use

1. The festival behind the site

These terms govern your use of lavenderskyfair.com ("Lavender Skyfair", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of lavenderskyfair.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may use Lavender Skyfair

You may use Lavender Skyfair only if you are 18 or over. Using it means you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. Festival coins and their limits

• The games run on virtual coins that we give you free of charge.
• Coins have no monetary value. They are not money, credit or property.
• You cannot purchase, sell, withdraw, transfer or exchange coins for money, goods, services or prizes, and the site has no in-app purchases.
• We don’t offer any prize of real-world value.
• We can adjust or reset coins, levels and features whenever we need to.

4. No real-money gambling at the festival

We don’t offer or promote real-money gambling at Lavender Skyfair, and we don’t link to gambling operators.

5. Accounts and you

• To play, you’ll need a free account. Please keep to one account per person and don’t share yours.
• Don’t share your password with anyone, and let us know right away if someone else has used your account.
• Whenever you like, you can delete your account from your account page. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.
• We can suspend an account if it is used to disrupt the site or if we believe its holder is under 18.
• Your coins, levels and missions belong to the account and are not your property; they may be reset.

6. Flying fair on the site

Please don’t try to disrupt the site, point automated tools at it, offer to trade coins, or let anyone under 18 use it.

7. If the site is unavailable, and our liability

We provide the site “as is” and can change or withdraw any part of it. If something malfunctions, all plays and pays are void. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law says cannot be limited, and your statutory rights stay as they are.

8. Law for these festival terms

The law of England and Wales applies to these terms.
