Revised for this season on 22 September 2026.

| Detail kept | Why we keep it | How long we hold it |
|---|---|---|
| Festival nickname | Putting your name on the scoreboard | Until you close the account yourself |
| Email we have | Finding your account each time you log in | Until you close the account yourself |
| Password hash | Letting you in without us ever knowing your password | Until you close the account yourself |
| Sign-up date | Answering support requests and dealing with abuse | Until you close the account yourself |
And that’s everything. You’ll never be asked for your real name, address, date of birth, phone number or any payment detail, since there’s nothing here to pay for. Your password only ever exists as a one-way hash. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (providing the account you asked us for). If you delete your account, all of this goes immediately; the button sits on your account page.
| Detail kept | What it does for the festival | How long we hold it |
|---|---|---|
| Your coins, level, missions and settings for each game | Picking up your game again | Until you wipe it from your browser |
| Age confirmation | So we don’t keep asking on every page | Until you wipe it from your browser |
| Cookie choice | Remembering what you agreed to | Until you wipe it from your browser |
It all stays on your device; none of it is sent to us.
Pick “Accept all” and we’ll use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to measure visits and to see whether our adverts lead to play (that a first spin happened, say). Google then receives your IP address, details of your device and those events. Pick “Essential only” and the same tags run in consent mode, with no cookies and no advertising identifiers. Lawful basis: consent.
Like most hosts, ours keeps standard request logs for a short while for security. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent whenever you like. Deleting your account from the account page wipes the account data straight away, and clearing this site’s data in your browser takes care of the rest. If you want to complain, the ICO is at ico.org.uk.
You need to be 18 or over to play at Lavender Skyfair. Every game runs on virtual coins worth nothing in money, and you can’t buy, sell, withdraw or exchange them. You won’t find a coin shop or a payment page anywhere here, no prize of real-world value is ever offered, and how you do here does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
